Newport Harbor has a reputation as one of the finest small boat harbors in the world.  It is an area of scenic wonder with wind-blown bluffs, sandy beachs, rocky coves and islands.  Quiet bay beaches line the inside channel.  The oceanfront is pounded by endless surf. 

Newport Harbor is the location of the Christmas Boat Parade, the annual Ensenada Race held in April, and a host of regattas.
