The Dory Fleet market, located alongside the Newport pier, is a unique Old World charm fish market.  Professional buyers and chefs congregate to pick the freshest seafood for their establishments daily.  On weekends and holidays customers get in line as well.  
The Newport Beach historical society recognized the fleet as a permanent local historical landmark dedicated in June of 1969.
